Here's the sneak peak to our wedding invite. H2B has finally finished the lay-out & design. I'm currently printing them and will have to put them in a border paper and then cut another paper into an envelope shape then make an envelope out of it and stick the main invite with border in the envelope to make this invite. Whew! I know it's going to take too much effort and energy but wedding preps is actually giving a different high so I know that I can finish our DIY invites! :)

How To Go
Here's the Map & Directions that my hubby created. I'm sure this will come in handy when you travel to the venue of our wedding ceremony and reception.
Ceremony: Chapel on the Hill, Don Bosco, Nasugbu, Batangas
Reception: Hotel Kimberly, Amadeo Road, Tagaytay City
P.S. I'm so proud of you Ren for being artistic enough to make this! :)
What To Wear
Our wedding is going to be a formal gathering so we're requesting everyone to wear formal attire. But since we're having a Rock n Roll themed wedding reception, we encourage everyone to wear your clothes with a rockstar attitude. You can come with your shades on, eyeliner/guy-liner on, out-of-bed hair, or just come thinking to yourself, "I'm a rockstar!" and that'll do the trick. :)
For more inspiration, we've put together some visuals below.

Guys: Wear a suit! If suit is such a hassle, please wear your long-sleeves dress shirt.
No Barong Tagalog, please. Thanks.
Girls: Wear your long, sexy gown! If gown is such a hassle, please wear a cocktail dress.
Please don't dress down. This is your chance to play dress-up! :)
To convince you even more to dress up on this occassion, we're actually going to award a Best Dressed (Male and Female) during the reception. If that's not a good enough reason for you to dress up, we don't know what else. So please, we beg you, don't let us be the only two people dressed to the nines! Join us and let's all be fabulous rockstars on this day. :)
Where To Go
If you’re planning to go ahead or behind the wedding party to stay a day or two and explore Tagaytay City, here are some places that you might want to check-out.
Tagaytay Picnic Groove – the most popular playground in Tagaytay. Here you can find picnic huts, souvenir shops and for the adventurous, the ziplines and cable cars overlooking the picturesque Taal volcano.
People’s Park in the Sky – This is the highest point in Tagaytay City and it stands on a 4,516 sq, meters solid ground and overlooks four bodies of water – Taal Lake, Balayan Bay, Laguna de Bay and Manila Bay. Affordable souvenir items can also be brought from here.
Residence Inn Mini-Zoo – Residence Inn is a famous hotel in Tagaytay but with its steep room rates you can probably just take the kids for a trip at their mini-zoo. Entrance costs P200 and I bet the kids will enjoy seeing the wild and not-so wild animals there.
Paradizoo – Similarly to Residence Inn Mini-zoo, this place houses zoo animals and you can even pet a snake here. They also have a wide-array of flora from the beautiful flowers, herbs and spices, vegetable and a lot more.
Here’s something very helpful that I found online. Please do check http://www.squidoo.com/tagaytay to have a more enjoyable Tagaytay experience.

Gift Registry
Your presence on our wedding day is a gift itself! We carefully invited only a few close friends and relatives that we want to share this important day of our lives so we're really hoping that you accept our invitation and we'll treat this as the best gift ever!
However, we realize that it's almost customary that guests bring gifts to the celebrants - us. So to ease your burden of thinking of what gift will serve us more purpose, here's what we recommend...
Enveloped gift.
We will start our married lives together in Canada and as we embark on this journey, we need the sole resource that we think can be translated into so many necessary stuff.
We also realize that since we're having a destination wedding, monetary gift is the most convenient gift for you to bring.
We're not having a "fund-raising" wedding so please don't feel that you need to give us money as gifts or you need to give a specific amount that would qualify as a "wedding gift". No. We would greatly appreciate any amount! And even if you're not going to give us a gift at all, that's perfectly fine. What we're really asking for, is for you, our invited guests to show-up on our wedding day! See you! :)

probably the most inexpensive wedding attire of a bride and a groom |
my sandals will be my something old come our church wedding :) |
DIY after-party outfit :) |
dream come true for both of us! we can't just settle :) |
our titanium rings. according to Tiffany's, it's indestructible. let's see. :) |
DIY candy buffet that the young and old enjoyed! :) |
even my HMU is DIY by yours truly :) |
and because we don't have a pro photographer, this is the most decent picture we got :p |
this we can't just DIY... that's c/o Gene Testa |
